		Bought my Achillies second hand off of craigslist and was very apprehensive about it because of the fact it was A: used and B: Chinese. I have been blown away with it! Had about 900 Km  on the odometer when I got it and now has around 2500 Km. I have had no problems whatsoever with the scoot. Except<span class="simple_review_box" >...</span><span class="expand_review_box" style="display:none;"> fluid changes the only things I've needed to do are regular maintenance issues. Replaced the CVT belt and rear tire, thats all. The previous owner installed an after market intake and exhaust. I've topped out around 70 MPH(down hill with a strong wind at my back of course) The scoot can comfortably do 55-65 MPH in normal conditions (flat road and not to much head wind). Its worth mentioning I'm 6'1 and around 270 Lbs. Even with a passenger (shes about 130 Lbs) I can comfortably do 50-55 Mph. Gas milage is somewhere around 50-70 Mpg depending on what/who im driving or doing. <br />
Acceleration is brisk and can easily over take city traffic (around 35-40 Mph). <br />

Ok one thing I could live without. The head light OCCASIONALLY blinks out for half a second when I hit a bump, I just need to check the wiring and baton down the hatches as they say.<br />

If you're in the market for a scooter and find yourself a used Achilles for a good price ( talked my guy down from 1200 to 950 ) take a little test drive and dont hesitate to pick one up for yourself!!!<br />

I would highly recomend this scooter to anyone. I bought it as my stater bike, to get my liscense and get comfortable driving in traffic both city and country. <br />
