MuZ or MZ is located in Zschopau, Germany. By 1929, MZ was producing 60,000 motorcycles to become the largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world. In 1970, MZ’s millionth motorcycle rolled off the conveyor belt. Imported to the U.S., since 1993, the MuZ motorcycles were a bit of an oddball and never really caught on. The company has since stopped importing bikes to the U.S.
