It's a keeper
By (I am an Enthusiast) on Feb 16, 2014I purchased this bike while I was overseas and at that time had never ridden a MG of any kind. The first thing that interested me even before I did any research was the styling. The bike doesn't look it was built with features added on as an after thought. After reading every published article/report ... or blog I could find, I made up my mind that it would be my next bike. I was away but found the color and year I wanted in Texas. When I got back to the US I flew down to get it. From my first time sitting on it, the bike felt like it was made for me. Average height and weight and the bike was comfortable. The bike has good power that comes on steadily. Handling was good in all the typical environments I have ran through. My only change has been to go with the lower factory gel seat. The factory windshield does a good job for it looking rather small but getting down a little more made that even better and I like the seating position even better. Fuel range is good for this type of bike, space for gear etc is good with the top box. My only complaints would be the lack of a power outlet on or near the dash and no options for audio/Nav systems. For me this is an all around great bike. In two years, I've had no problems and just keep smiling every time I ride it.
