Power and handling!
By (I am an Owner) on Oct 22, 2013This is my first Kawasaki. NOt my first motorcycle. Been riding my whole life. I am now 49 yrs old and I ride canyon roads almost exclusively. I still own a 2008 Cbr 1000rr and it has Ohlins suspension. The ZX6R has a great motor for a 600cc. It pulls from bottom to top like no other 600 in the class. ... The suspension is a bit soft for my 175lbs( w/o gear on) but it handles excellent aside from the soft feel. The fork is far better than the 2008 CBR I own. The ZX^R suspesion package works great as a package. The brakes are some of the best I have ridden. Great stopping power and excellent feel. Brembo monoblocks look out. Hrere comes Nissan. Ride one and become a believer.

Power, Power, and more Power!!
By (I am an Owner) on May 04, 2013I've had this bike for roughly a month now and I realistically couldn't list all the excellent features, but I'll try to name a few. The handling is superb, best out of all the Japanese bikes, which I've rode an '09 CBR 600RR, '10 GSXR 600, '09 Yamaha R6, and the '09 ZX-6R. Far more torque, where ... most 600's don't initiate max power until 8,000 RPM, the new 636 releases max power around 5,000-6,000 RPM to the redline at 16,000 RPM. The breaking is like no other as well. It is pinpoint, right where it needs to be, along with 4 modes of traction control. Nothing compares in this class. Multiple reviews have this bike ahead of the Daytona Triumph 675 AND the Suzuki 750!! This is my 3rd sport bike, in which my last two where a Suzuki 650S, 2009 model, and Yamaha R6, 2010. This is without a doubt the best bike I've rode. Don't take my word for it, go out and test ride one and see for yourself.
