I love this bike

I've been riding sportbikes since they have been around (1984)and when I decided to buy my 40th bike, this was the one for me. Lower cost, ease of maintainance, great midrange, reliability ( 20,586 miles now, and no issues). I routinely ride twistie wisc backroads with newer "race" 600's ...and liter bikes and have no problems keeping up or leading the way. Pulls hard from 5000 to the limiter and very stable...only complaint, the stock front brake pads did a real number on my front rotors, now mic at less than 4 mm. I just picked up an 02 zx-6 for my gf (her second bike)(basically the same bike as my 07 zzr)I'll keep this for another 50,000 or so...lol Read Full Review

Overall great bike

I just started to ride. Took the riding course last year and almost three weeks now that I traded my shitty car for the 2007 ZZR6. I still need to practice a lot more on my shifting around the city but otherwise very comfortable to ride on. Only bad thing is that it does not come with a fuel gauge... or any light whtsoever to let me know that I am running low on gas. Wondering if there is anything I can do about it? Read Full Review

great starter bike

I bought this bike as a starter bike. It was an awesome starter bike-enough power to feel like a rocket but not enough to flip. I live in Myrtle Beach SC which is really flat and straight so I got a little bored.I feel I have grown out of it-especially since I tried my buddies R6. I sold the zzr and... am looking for an R6 or gixxer. If I had to do it all over again, I would still buy the zzr because it was a really fun bike!!! Read Full Review

Great bike!

I bought this as my first bike. I commute on it almost everyday. I have had it for a year now have put almost six thousand miles on it. It gets around 49 mpg and has not given me any problems. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same bike. Very comfortable and agile.

Great Bike !

i was riding a honda CBR600 , bought the ZZR600 and i love it. It handels very smooth , nice power, and get up, i love to ride the zzr. i cant say one bad thing about the bike..its a sexy bike and i get people staring when i pass by. she is a head turner! Read Full Review
