the 06 is based on the 2002 zx6r and is still a very fun bike to own no problems with it after 47 thousand plus miles .changed the muffler and a jet kit bmc air filter and a quick accleretion chain kit .it handles nice and holds its line in a corner even at full lean i run the dunlop road smart tire... I have owned over 2o different street bikes and this one is the most FUN to Ride. I usually commute 50 miles each day using the Carpool lane.
