		An under rated bike.  Handles extremely well.  Ironically this bike feels lighter than the Vulcan 1500 Classic.  Plently of power.  Seat comfort on long rides is less than ideal but I suspect that has more to do with me personally than with the bike.  I also get numb if I sit in my chair at work for<span class="simple_review_box" >...</span><span class="expand_review_box" style="display:none;"> more than an hour.  Kawasaki offers a gel insert but in my case I'm not sure that would help.  The display is a nice bouns - trip computer showing mpg, remaining range based on fuel level, clock, gear selected, odometer, etc.  6th gear nice for highway.  A helmet lock that can actually be used with saddlebags.  Transmission is extremely smooth.  Gone vs. the 1500 is the loud cooling fan that sounded a bit like a plane preparing for take off that used to also remain on for a few seconds after the bike was shut off.  If the v-twin cruiser sound is important to you, this bike has a louder rumble.  Personally, this is an annoyance and bothers my neighbors when I'm leaving at 5:00 am so this is not exactly important to me.  Looks like a cruiser should in my opinion.  Overall, a great bike well suited for daily commutes or cross country.</span>

		Have had a 2010 for three weeks. Delighted with it over all, would say &quot;buy it&quot; to anyone who is looking for decent power, stable and fun dynamics and a classic look. Am very happy with highway manners, power, and passing. While on the highway, I can pass cars etc. and if I care to, my rid<span class="simple_review_box" >...</span><span class="expand_review_box" style="display:none;">ing buddies.<br />

Things I am neutral on are the windshield(dealing with some buffeting) and passenger seat. If your have a full time passenger, check seat number 2 out closely.<br />

I have only two issues with the bike. First is the &quot;  &quot;off the line&quot; response. I am used to an in- line 4 at 7000 rpm so I think this one might be  down to me. The second is the questions from my buddies &quot; is that thing running?&quot;.<br />
<br />
If your are looking for a fun day trip machine, do a little shopping ( mine was a great deal) and don't look back. <br />

An under rated bike. Handles extremely well. Ironically this bike feels lighter than the Vulcan 1500 Classic. Plently of power.
