Torque, comfort, value
By (I am an Owner) on Feb 13, 2013I purchased a 2004 Kawasaki Nomad in 2004 off the showroom floor. The 2005 models were there but I was not swayed. In just about 30,000 miles ridden I have always found this to be a comfortable, confident ride. I have thought about a change from time to time over my 9 years of ownership but I always ... change my mind when I get back on my Nomad.
I like the roll on torque in almost any gear. I love the driver ergonomics and who wouldn't love the dependability. It has never left sitting on the side of the road and this includes a few 3,000+ mile road trips.
I have kept it maintained per the manual and replaced the tires. Other than that it has cost me nothing, except gas.
