2011 Husqvarna WR 250
By (I am an Owner) on Jun 02, 2011The bike handles great and turns great; along with a strong engine. But I did notice the forks are too soft for aggressive riders which can cause bottoming. I feel the bike is very competitive in stock form for harescramble/GNCC racing at the Expert level. Though one thing that you may need to ... check is the jetting is too lean, and can cause the bike to seize the piston. I had this happen because the dealer didn't receive the memo on the jetting recall. I would also check the boot connecting reed valve to carb for any leaks which could cause jetting problems and piston seizure as well. The bike has a lot of great features and is overall a great bike.
Pro's - Handling , Brakes, Cornering ability, and Strong Engine
Con's - Bolts on plastic need loctite, Jetting too lean causing piston seize. Forks need more oil or stiffer springs. Kick starter is small.
