Ruckus is a Piglet
By (I am an Owner) on Jul 17, 2018Bought a new Ruckus in 2005 , camo print , to match a camping backpack. Still riding it today (Toronto) with 52000 km and it's fabulous for camping voyages of 150km+. Tent and gym bag get strapped to the back of the seat and the heavier stuff (food , sleeping bag) packs under the seat with an elastic ... "net" suspended from the tube frame. An old backpack strapped to the front of the seat frame is used for regular groceries. Front handlebar rack has small tubular nylon bag with first aid / emergency stuff.
The little old beast still kicks but it has lost some fuel efficiency ... now only getting about 90 miles per gallon.
Some motorbike enthusiasts ride hogs.
I ride a piglet. :-)

I love my Ruckus
By (I am an Owner) on Jun 24, 2015I purchased my Ruckus in September 2005 following the Hurricane Katrina disaster which caused gas prices to double overnight. This Ruckus has saved me $1000s of dollars in gas money!!! I ride it around Chicago and the suburbs and take it everywhere from late Spring to mid Fall. Not a problem at ... all. It turns heads everywhere I go. Why would anyone purchase any other scooter in the 50cc range? I don't know. I love it and won't trade it for ( fingers crossed ) another 10 years!! I give my Ruckus a 5 Star rating in all Categories.

Honda Ruckus
By (I am an Owner) on Oct 01, 2010I'ts fun to drive, slow on the top end. very functional and lots of storage space. Because of it's industrial looks it's a head turner. easy to maintain, and love the water cooled engine for a 50cc it's very strong on take off. It's definitely perfect for around the town runs, and can handle long ... drives while staying cool.
