  • Still going strong
By  (I am an Owner) on May 03, 2013

This is an update to my earlier review. I still love riding my Aero. The seat could be Lot more comfortable. I added leather-look saddle bags, a sissy bar, and luggage rack. It looks great. People say it looks new but it's four years old. I did not ride it much last year because I was deployed. ...

  • Great Entry Level Bike
By  (I am an Owner) on Jul 30, 2012

I've had this bike for awhile now. Sleek, Easy to ride, Affordable, and pretty comfortable. The down side is that it lacks power, doesnt corner the greatest and is very top heavy. When i ride with my friends on there Harleys i cant even keep up.....Good bike but time for an upgrade...

  • New Rider
By  (I am an Owner) on Aug 24, 2010

I really enjoy riding this bike. Being a new rider to motorcycles, it's amazing how this bike handles for someone learning for the first time. I will say the bike does feel a little bouncy. I also notice that the shift must happen rapidly in order for you to feel a smooth ride. Therefore, I stop ...

  • Im shocked that you cant pick this bike up!
By  (I am an Owner) on Jul 21, 2010

Im 46 yo, 5'3 and have no problem picking this bike up (unfortunately I had to drop it to find out I CAN pick it up) Did I mention Im a girl? I chose this bike because Im short and it was the one that fit me best. The Yamaha V-star is a nice enuff bike, but I didnt fit as well in the saddle. ...

The Honda Shadow is a perfect bike for the one that fits it well. Ummm... me!!

  • Great Bike
By  (I am an Owner) on Jun 26, 2010

I purchased My bike in January 2010 here in Michigan. I had to wait until the weather warmed up to ride it. as for the ride it is very well balanced. I get no less than 55 miles per gallon. I don't know where the rest say 35 to 40 per. I also felt that at 65 mph it seems like the bike is reving a ...

  • Great Bike
By  (I am an Owner) on Apr 25, 2010

The bounce problem may be that you need to adjust the shocks. I weigh in at 170 and the bike NEVER bounces even at 80 mph.

The engine may only be 745cc but plenty of power to cart me around anywhere I want to go. Added some bags and I ride everywhere at any time. Getting around 55 mpg but ...

Excellent bike and recommend to anyone looking for a first bike (unless you are a bike person).

  • Great first time bike for women.
By  (I am an Owner) on Sep 13, 2009

The Aero was my first bike. It was my 50th birthday present to myself. I had it for 2 months and then it drowned in a hurricane storm surge. I got a new one. Same color because I loved it so much. I am short 5'3" and the Aero fits me nicely with both feet on the ground. Easy to turn etc. After ...

  • not a womens bike..
By  (I am an Owner) on Sep 06, 2009

My hubby bought this bike for me. I sat on it in the showroom and fell in love with it right away. But when I was practicing at home, going in and out of cones, for my test. I tipped it over twice and couldn't lift it up. It was to heavy. My husband just said, don't tip it over.. funny?!! Now I am ...

  • Impressive!!
By  (I am an Owner) on Jun 25, 2009

Wow! What a great value! Bought the 2009 Shadow Aero back in March and have over 2,000 miles on the road. It's my second bike and can't believe how easy it is to handle. Felt very comfortable the very first ride. It looks greats, handles extremely well, and has plenty of power for shorter & intermediate ...

By  (I am an Owner) on Feb 15, 2009

THE 750 AERO RIDES SMOOTH AND SHE ENJOYS THE SEAT. IT HAS THE LOOK OF A SOFT TAIL HARLEY BUT THE PRICE FOR THE WORKING MAN. THE PICTURES BELOW ARE MINE BEFORE IT LEFT THE STORE.
