  • Very easy to ride and great to learn on!
By  (I am an Owner) on Jan 26, 2020

So this is my first bike. I took the MSF course and a year later bought this bike used (11 years old) with only 4300 miles on it. I was very nervous getting on a bike for the first time and such a large one (since everyone was telling me to get a little 250 for my first bike) but this bike was very ...

  • In Love
By  (I am an Owner) on Mar 18, 2014

As a 5'3'' woman I was worried about handling a bike of this size, especially being new to riding. I bought this one shortly after taking just one class, and I learned to ride on it. I have never felt more comfortable on a bike and glad I went with this one. It is reliable and fun!

  • Fun Ride
By  (I am an Owner) on Jul 03, 2009

I hadn't been on the street since my child was born several years ago. I felt like this bike would be a great choice for a mom who has slowed her pace a bit...my first cruiser. I have not been disappointed.

This bike is comfortable to ride and its low positioning makes for an almost ...

The only issue I have is with the foot pegs.... very easy drag when in a tight turn.

  • High Spirited
By  (I am an Owner) on Jun 05, 2009

After 3 bikes over a about a 5 year period I was ready for something new and bigger. My first three were in the mid seventies and that gave me a lot of time to think. What I now wanted was a street bike that had more than my last 400 class dirt bike. I know, sounds crazy. Now that i'm in my late ...

After checking out my physically fitness for the sport. I locked on to this beautiful 2008 Honda Shadow Spirit 750 C2.The size was perfect for my 70 in,170 lb frame.

the seat height was perfect. No adjustments needed for the handlebars, brake, shifter, clutch or front brake. I gotta tell ya this baby was made for me. I've enjoyed my skills coming back. So naturally by taking it slow in the beginning and letting my skills guide me to higher performance on a gradual pace was the path of least resistance to safer riding.Maybe some will see me as an old geeze living out my former days of glory. and they would be right. And i'm lovin' every minute of it.

The handling is smooth and quick. The ride is comfortable and very enjoyable. The speed is there when I want or need it. The reliability of the name is satisfaction guaranteed.

I would recommend this Bike for any newcomer male or female or anyone wanting to start out medium and wanting to learn and grow in this motor-sport. Safe driving to you!

  • return to riding
By  (I am an Owner) on Jan 10, 2009

After a number of years away from riding i felt this bike was good choice for my return. I wasn't disappointed. I felt comfortable right from the start. Surprisingly, I have received many complements about the look of the bike. The overall performance of the bike is very good and I would recommend ...
