Bought late May 2008.Added Memphis windshiels, Cobra backrest and bag supports, throw-over bags and gel seat pad. I am 6ft 1in. and weigh about 220lb. First Bike in 38 yrs

I recently picked up a used 2007 Spirit 750C2 and couldn't be happier. I was originally thinking of the V-Star, but after talking to a dealer that actually listened to what I was looking for, he turned me on to the Shadow. At first I thought it would be too big, but the way it handles is awesome......Only concern I have is the clutch. Finding the friction point seems like I'm actually letting the clutch out completely. Other than that, the sound is great as well, thinking about putting after market pipes, but my neighbor has complemented me on the sound and told me I made the right choice and I agree. Steel of the century

I bought my 2007 Honda Shadow Spirit because I just couldn't pass up the price. It has only 704 original miles on it and looks brand new. I bought it from a car dealership where someone traded it in for a new car. The dealership doesn't handle motorcycles and knew nothing about the bike. They were a...sking $1,200. I drove it around the block, offered them $900 and drove it home!!! $900.00!!! It starts right up and shifts smoothly through all gears, but I just can't seem to sit comfortably on it. My back is hurting me because of it. I also have a Triumph 600TT and have to back pain with it. Maybe I just have to get used to the different riding position. I've already been offered $3,000 for it, might have to let it go. Read Full Review
