update on the ride

I now have 50,000 miles + on my bike. It has done everything that I have ask it to do with a few exceptions. I had oil puck out the air breather also nearly drove the folks at Tripps dealership crazy ( they had 5 doing this at the same time). All 5 had a staage 2 kit put in them and come to find ...out the cylinders were larger in the middle then at the top or bottom. When they put good jugs on it all 5 were fixed. This was a Harley problem and it was fixed way back in 09. The air suspention is lacking when we are 2 up so my bride decieded to just get her own. I will get another Harley when the 6 year (addon)warranty runs out. With this many miles all it needs is Tires clean oil gas and go. Read Full Review

Lucky find

I found a used 08 Ultra with only 2413 miles on it for only $15,500. Blue book was about 19k. I now have 7500 miles on this bike and have to keep pinching myself that this bike is so nice and still like brand new. It has a few chrome extras as well. Nice handling for such a big bike. This thing... corners way better than the Yamaha 1100 I was riding with a much more comfortable ride. Read Full Review

Best bike I've ever owned!

I purchased my 08 Ultra in the spring of 2010 used with 10,000 kilometer in mint condition privately. I have put 15,000 kilometer in the last two summers. I drive the bike from late March until late November which is a feat in Norther Ontario Canada. I have only had one issue is with the radio which... died but thankfully I had purchased the extended warranty. I am glad to have finally purchased a Harley. My wife usually rides with me because she enjoys the ride. She did not like my previous bike a 2000 Suzuki Marauder which I drove for eight years. I will definitely keep this bike for many years to come. Lot of power, good on fuel and the bike handles nicely, what else can a biker ask. Read Full Review
