Awesome Starter Bike!!!

Bought this bike yesterday and have enjoyed racking up the miles, 200+ so far. I found other owners reviews helpful so wanted to add my own. Common complaints about this bike are the seat, suspension, and I ran across a few about touchy throttle. The seat in my opinion is fair, by all means seat com...fort did not shorten any of my rides. The suspension? You will feel the road! I only bottomed out once so far for a spine adjustment, but you will feel the manhole covers, potholes etc. I learned fast to raise up off the seat if a major bump is anticipated. Lastly a touchy throttle is nonsense. Riders just need to be comfortable with the throttle back in all gears. After throwing it back in every gear I feel comfortable with how the bike will respond, and am not concerned with it getting away from me. Read Full Review

i purchased my nightster at the beginning of this season, I owned a crotch rocket prior, i must say the power of the nightster with a few mods is incredible. i would bet money on the nightster vs a 900 croth rocket any day in the 1/4 mile.. its a bit hard over bumps, but you can soften the ride by ...adjusting the rear springs a little, as i did... i added a badlander double seat, detach sissy low sissy bar, #1 black HD derby cover, vance & hines black staggered short shots, diamond black collection grips, pegs and fuel cap. blue pod lights, blacked out turn signal lenses, black air filter cover, sreaming eagle air filter kit and of coarse the HD SE race tuner PRO... with thses mods, my bike is a dream, everyone who sees it comments on it.. i will ride this bike for a long time without having bike envy of anyone else, its perfect.... i highly recommend it for any rider... over all just a bad ass bike! Super Bike...Broadband torque.. But: everytime I gas up, people come over and have to comment on the clean lines & retro styling. Forward controls, Vance & Hines Slip-Ons & Force Winder are a must........ You will be dumbfounded by the amount of people commenting on the bikes retro/...custom lines. BUT; THE SEAT SUCKS!!! Great Bike

I just love my 2009 Nighster! Great bike, comfortable and well balanced.
