Sice I was 16 I've owned a Honda 350,750

1100 Interstate, Interceptor1000,1987 H/D FLST which I paid 8200 new and sold for 9000 with over 26k loged miles on it. Had a 2006 roadking for 1 year, but I always loved the vrod ever since the show, "birth of the v rod" came out. So, when the Nig...ht Rod Special came out I traded my roadking in for it. This bike rocks! After investing in a few H/D excessories It is comfortable! My only regret, I haven't had the opertunity to take a month off to do a road trip. YET. The last person in my photos is who I take after, my pop. That was his bike he purchased and road home from Key West Fl. to Easton, Pa in 1951. I was born 1955. Read Full Review

Dream Bike

this bike is the best thing harley has made. at the first red light i hit out of the dealership, i had a guy on a gxr pull up next to me and coment that my bike is bad a**, and metioned the 240 rear tire. it is a well balance, powerful bike that turns heads everywhere. easy to ride and comfortable. Great Biket.

I have had this bike for about 2 years now and have about 12000 miles on it. I love it! If you want a bike that will get looks and blow by everyone this is it. the only downside is the positioning on the bike is unique but good once you get used to it. I switched from a Super sport bike to this and ...it was a good hybrid type of bike. Reccomend to all looking to buy something in between. Read Full Review

2007 NightRod Special

I bought the bike as I wanted a sportier Harley than some of the other bikes. I've had mine for a little over a year and ride sport bikes as well. I somehow managed to put 4500 miles on spring to fall and hope to put another 1500 miles on before the weather turns.



The bike has great power and ea...sy to ride. The only faults I found with the bike is the gas gauge acts up from time to time but that can be fixed with a B version of the fuel sending unit- under warranty and the seat. I suggest swapping the seat out with Harley's SunDowner seat for more back support. Also, while not a fault, many of us replaced the slip-on exhaust as the stock is pretty quiet.

I'm pleased with the gloss black paint and the low profile look of the bike. So, overall it's a great bike and there's always someone asking me about it.
