  • Love It
By  (I am an Owner) on Jan 08, 2017

The Heritage is one of the best softails out there. It is old school but with new school improvements. I have put over 70,000 miles on a Heritage. I just moved up from a 2011 to the 2012 snd it just keeps getting better.

  • My 3rd Heritage
By  (I am an Owner) on Dec 25, 2015

I've owned a 98 FatBoy, a 99 Heritage, a 02 Heritage and now a 12 Heritage. This new Heritage was updated and it handles like a dream. The 103CI engine has plenty of torque and the passing power right out of the box is terrific. This model came with the ABS and security system. What a difference ...

  • A good deal.
By  (I am an Owner) on Mar 07, 2013

Bought the 2012 Heritage Classic last October (2012) just when the 2013's were in the back and the dealership needed the space on the floor. On top of that I saw a pearl blue bike with lots of bling and add-ons that I fell in love with. Turns out to be a dealership employee bike with less than 100 ...

Couldn't be happier. The heated grips have been put to some good use this winter and hopefully will be turned off for a few months.

  • Love the Heritage
By  (I am an Owner) on Aug 11, 2012

I purchased a 2012 pearl blue, with whitewalls, heritage classic. I love this bike. Easy handling, smooth riding, powerful, and an eye catcher.

I have had several comments about how great it looks.

  • Lots of bang for the buck
By  (I am an Owner) on May 26, 2012

I test rode 8 different bikes at the local Harley dealer and finally decided to buy the Heritage. I liked the bags and windshield as standard. The fat boy "looks" cooler IMHO but doesn't maneuver as well and can't really be taken on longer rides. The Heritage had just the right combination of ride, ...

With a great overall build quality and Harley's fantastic resale value, I feel good with my purchase. I don't have to worry about being "upside down" on my bike if I trade it in for something else after a couple years.

  • 2012 Heritage Softail Review
By  (I am an Owner) on Apr 04, 2012

I now have about 500 miles on my new Softail and so far all the parts have stayed on it. What I like about it over my Suzuki C90T: a. Handlebar reach, b. A little more power, c. Takes holes and expansion joints smoother, d. cool tank instrumentation e. I now have 10,000 more drinking buddies. ...

Well I'll deal with it for the next 5 years and see what happens. I still can't believe I spent almost $21k for this bike when I could have had a Gold Wing for about the same price, or my pick of any Jap cruiser. I guess I just wanted to "fit in".
