WONDERFUL BIKE

I Love this Bike. I just traded my 2010 H-D Super Glide Custom, that bike was great too. However, it did not love me back. The vibrations just was too much for me handle. Whats the point in riding if your in pain. So, during the 1K service on my Super Glide, I told the dealer of my situation. They h...ad me test ride the softail on a six mile course. I was worried at first, because of my short legs. I thought I would not be able to reach the forward controls. Boy, was I wrong. Not only does this bike not vibrate, it corners great. The value can't be beat too. Saddle bags, sissy bar and wind shield ALL standard is a steal in my book. Try this Bike, you will not be disappointed. Read Full Review

Fabulous motorcycle

I'm 56 y/o and own two bikes, a Honda VTX 1800 and a Harley Softail Standard. I just got back from flying to Las Vegas where I rented a Heritage Softail Classic from Eaglerider. I put 1,550 miles on it in one week, riding thru Death Valley, up Mt Whitney, across to the coast and Big Sur (lots of twi...sts and sharp curves), down to Los Angeles and back to Vegas across the Mojave desert. The bike was wonderful on all counts-- the previous negative post must have been written by someone that needs more experience riding bikes. (And I NEVER scraped the floorboards, even on the sharp turns of Big Sur.) My experience has led me to give myself a Christmas present next month-- I'm trading in my Softail Standard and Honda VTX 1800 on a new Heritage Softail Classic! Read Full Review

My 2nd H-D

Picked up this sweet ride a few Month's ago. I doubt I could be happier. And I agree about the right leg heat. Picking up a heat shield when I can. Probably same time as I do stage one. This bike rides like nothing I've ridden and I've ridden since I was 12 and I'm over 50 now. For me it also took a... while to get used to the gearing. I found myself lugging the motor a lot. Rear Wheel Defective

We were so happy to buy our 2010 HD Heritage and looked forward to some great rides. However, we've encountered and ongoing issue with the rear wheel and a string of five flat tires in less than a year (fewer than 10,000 miles on the bike). The dealership doesn't seem to be able to identify the pr...oblem and at $300 a pop it's getting pretty expensive.
We are disappointed in the that the bike hasn't lived up to our expectations, but hope the problem can be resolved soon. Read Full Review

New Ride

I've just picked up my 2010 Heritage Softail Classic it replace a 2000 Yamaha V-Star Classic.



Whilst both bikes are similar in configuration I just love the feel of the Harley. For me at least it is a more comfortable ride with plenty of get up and go.



Really looking forward to getting kilomet...res clocked up on this bike. Go to work and sit there thinking I could be out touring.

One thing I have noticed compared to my old V-Star the footboards scrape easier. Read Full Review
