Disapointed in the Stella 2009

Power has decreased from previous years.
Torque has decreased from previous years.
Both front and rear breaks have made an awful noise from day one. Genuine Scooter will NOT replace the brakes under warranty.

This is cheap quality indian made scooters, same design as the Vespa PX150. Why do you think Vespa still builds them in Italy?
