I wish I could give this scooter a good review but that's not possible. After only 30 miles, it became very hard to start. Factory and dealer told me ethanol is to blame. The excuses are 1)engine too small, 2) engine too finely tuned to pass emissions, ethanol lets water in tank, didn't go throug...
