I had one of the 2008 Spyders. it was a good looking P.O.S. And i see here, they (BRP) used the same ole tired Rotax V Twin in this one as the last, except this time, the engine is being called out for an additional 250+ lbs of JUST machine, not including the rider, passenger, stuff and more stu... I test rode a RT-S last weekend. Wow, what a squirrely machine! It was a windy and gusty day and my Gold Wing handled it well. Got on the RT-S and I couldn't relax a second on the handlebars. I was constantly having to correct as it was lurching to either side as I rode. My wife or I didn't lik...

I have had my RT-S for about a week and I love it. No complaints (except maybe better gas mileage). Handles well, comfortable, and "feels" safe.

I rode it on city streets at 35 to 40 miles per hour and found it very unstable. It felt like it was going from side to side. I would not trust it at highway speeds. When I told the saleman, he said I was holding on too tight and I needed to lossen up my grip. Well, I do not feel that I could be...
