I purchased my R1200GS in late fall 2006.So far a light bulb failed...and I’m just coming up to 20,000 k. This bike is the swiss army knife of motorcycles. I bought it with 5300 miles and in 4 months I've put 8000 miles on it.I can ride it in comfort to Idaho and then jump on a fire road when I get there.
