Sputtering problem

I bought my 2009 Aprilia SR50 at motoworks in Chicago, I hate this scooter, when it warms up it sputters so badly I'm afraid I will get rear ended on this piece of junk. I bought a new 2009 with Leo vince exaust and differant clutch springs with contra spring already installed. This little 50cc has BALLS!
