Two Wheel Thunder roars into CA
The tests will highlight the third annual Two-Wheel Thunder at the Sonoma, Calif. track, March 31 to April 3.
The top manufacturers from the American Motorcyclist Association Superbike series, including Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda, are expected to participate in preparation for the AMA Superbike Showdown May 16 to 18. Fans are invited to watch the testing from the grandstands on April 1. They will also have the chance to see defending Sonoma champion Mladin and other riders up close in the paddock.
Kicking off Two-Wheel Thunder is a charity track day event hosted by 3Js. Participation costs US$225 with all proceeds will go towards Sonoma County youth organizations and the American Federation of Motorcyclists Air Fence Fund.
Other events include a Supermoto USA exhibition and a stunt demonstration by SBFreaks Street Freestyle.
Admission to all events except the charity track day is free.
