Team Green Factory Rider for a Day

Amateurs to race for Kawasaki in Canadian Arenacross
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Oct. 31, 2008
Kawasaki is giving amateur Canadian Arenacross racers the chance to join Team Green for a day.

Canadian Kawasaki Motors is supporting the Team Green Factory Rider for a Day program at each round of the 2008/2009 Canadian Arenacross Championships.

Amateur riders can sign up for the program at each event on the 2008/2009 season, and one person will be selected for each race to compete on a factory-prepped bike alongside Team Green racers Brock Hoyer and Teddy Maier.

Amateur riders will get the chance to race on a factory-backed Kawasaki KX250F.
Selected competitors will have the option of racing on a 2009 Kawasaki KX65, KX85 or KX250F.

Kawasaki will also award one amateur at each race event with a $1,500 credit towards the purchase of a 2009 KX bike.

The 2008/2009 Canadian Arenacross Championships will be held at Chilliwack Heritage Park in Chilliwack, B.C. over three double-header weekend events, Nov. 7-8. Nov. 14-15 and Jan. 9-10.
