Valentino Rossi is hosting a star-studded charity motocross event to raise money for children with leukemia.

The charity event will be held Nov. 15 at the Crossodromo di Cavellara in Italy. Rossi has invited racers from MotoGP and World Superbike to take part.

The invitation list includes names such as Marco Melandri, Andrea Dovizioso, Alex de Angelis, Loris Capirossi, Jonathan Rea, Michel Fabrizio and Kevin Schwantz. Participants will take part in two hours of practice followed by three rounds of seven-lap races.

Proceeds from the event will help support children suffering from leukemia in Pesaro, Italy.

Rossi’s father, Graziano Rossi, himself a former Grand Prix motorcycle racer, organized a similar event in 1979, the same year Valentino was born.

A video of Rossi inviting people (in Italian) to the event was posted on Youtube.
