Slight to Test With Competition Accessories Ducati at Willow Springs Raceway

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio. February 12, 2001

Competition Accessories and Ducati announced today that Aaron Slight will join Larry Pegram and the Competition Accessories Ducati AMA Superbike team for 3 days of testing at Willow Springs Raceway.

"While we planned to have John Kocinski for the 2001 season, John had never signed his final contract due to various unresolved issues," said Tim Pritchard, General Manager of Competition Accessories. "As the season and serious testing were fast approaching, the parties mutually agreed that it would be in their best interest to make other arrangements for the 2001 season. We certainly wish John well, as he is a tremendous talent."

This is great news! Slight is an awesome rider, and a colorful individual -- the US needs as many interesting riders as it can get!
