RSSMotorcycle Courier: Is It a Worthwhile Gig?

Yo! I know there are at least a few of you MOrons who have done courier service on motorcycles, so I have a few questions. (1) Overall, is it a worthwhile gig? (2) Is there any enjoyment, or does it just become another job? (3) Does the gas/maintenance/wear-and-tear use up a motorcycle so fast that it's just not worth it? (4) For someone between jobs with free days between interviews, would it make sense as an income gap-filler?
There are a myriad of factors, or rather questions that come into play to give you an accurate answer. But, in short I'd say it can be a viable means of income. Just don't get sucked into it for too long. --Pete
