But what to buy? There aren’t that many choices at the low end of the market, and there doesn’t seem to be much information about them, either. Most of the focus in the motorcycle media seems to be on the pricey stuff most of us can’t afford.
So we did some legwork for you, our dear subscribers. We’ve tested a Hyosung GT650 Comet, a Suzuki DR650ES and the venerable Kawasaki Ninja 500R. Sure, they all cost about $5,000, but how do they compare? Which is the best value? Which is the most fun to ride?
