Bill Janklow Out of the Clinker?

Our favorite South Dakota politician, Bill Janklow, will emerge Monday, Jan. 22, from his three year probation for "manslaughter" in the case of his striking and killing a motorcyclist. He has his law and drivers licenses back and his record cleaned. I think it is a crock, what say you?
