There are reports blazing across the information superhighway about some new developments out of the Triumph factory. We here at MO have not yet received any official Triumph USA information, so we do not want to go into too much detail about these motorcycles until we do get the official word from Triumph. Some websites like to go off half-cocked, reporting on developments in other markets as if they will happen exactly the same way here in the Home of the Free and the Land of the Oldsmobile Bravada.

So allow us to be completly uncocked. Here's the skinny: There is an all-new Tiger, with the groovy 1050 triple motor, alloy Speed Triple-esque frame, inverted forks and 17" wheels. Also, the entire Bonneville range is getting the slightly-bigger 865cc top end from the Thruxton and Scrambler. This will include the Bonneville America and Speedmaster as well as the Bonnie Black and T100.

In case that isn't enough, the Sprint gets revised bars and seat for better comfort and the tall windscreen and swanky factory luggage are now standard.

We have been invited to a press event next week and will come back with pictures and solid-for-the-USA-market details of what will be available and for how much. Stay tuned!
