BMW Three-wheel Concept

This is another three-wheeled concept, only instead of the Volkswagen with two up front this has two in the back. Anyone have an opinion on what it'd be like to ride? Seems like it's trying to fill the same niche that the BMW 125cc enclosed-scooter thing from a few years ago never really did.
Does seem to have the same basic problem of costing $10K and topping out at 50mph...
