The Top 1 Ack Attack team earned the world record back by recording a run of 376.363 mph, shattering the previous record of 367.382 set by Chris Carr on the BUB Streamliner at the Cooks Shootout in 2009. Carrs record broke Robinsons old mark of 360.913 mph set in 2008.
In setting the new world record, the Top 1 Ack Attack team exited the 11-mile course travelling at a sizzling 394 mph just shy of the magical 400 mph barrier.
