Shift seeking street business unit manager

In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all aspects of the SHIFT STREET Business. This includes overall product and marketing direction, budgetary control, staffing needs and project management. This includes but is not limited to the following: creating and maintaining relationships with Domestic and International customers, department budget management as set forth by upper management, developing an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and knowing competitors product.

Position Summary :

You will strategically lead the Merchandising, Design, Development, Sales and Marketing Functions in relation to the SHIFT STREET Business Unit. You will also be responsible for all aspects of communication of the Business Unit to those inside and outside the company, including strategic direction, calendars, sales plans etc.

Essential Functions of this Role:

1. You will manage our team consisting of Merchandiser, Designer(s), Product Developer(s), and Marketing manager.

2. Work effectively with Domestic and International Sales departments to forecast and generate sales, assist Purchasing department with efficient and adequate buys to meet demand

3. Youll demonstrate your excellent public speaking skills and professional presentation savvy.

4. You will be responsible for financial results of the SHIFT STREET Business Unit, including margins, and P/L. you will work with Finance to develop and maintain operating budgets

5. You will Promote, and maintain safe, efficient, and positive work environment

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • You have a Passion for street motorcycles, inclusive of multiple years of personal riding.
  • You have Bachelors Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Youve proven yourself with experience successfully managing a business unit.
  • Superior negotiation skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have working knowledge and understanding of the Moto, Street, and accessory industry.
  • Excellent leadership and motivational abilities
  • Youve achieved a minimum of 5 years of successful work experience in managing a business unit and distribution strategies.
