LeoVince USA Introduces 2007 Ducati 1098 Systems
It is constructed with a TIG-welded stainless steel AISI 304 header leading to an all-titanium canister (even the rivets!) with a carbon fiber sleeve, end cap and mounting strap (also available with a titanium canister and carbon end cap). It also features a lambda sensor mounting point. Every SBK system is engineered to provide specific power increases where needed throughout the rev range. Header and mid-pipe length, diameter and shape all play a part as well as the specifics of the can dimensions and internal tuning. While other makers use just a few canister designs to fit the wide range of motorcycles, LeoVince uses more than 150. It is designed to run at peak efficiency with stock fuel injection settings.
All LeoVince SBK systems are the result of our experience acquired on world-class competition circuits. LeoVince is the exhaust supplier to the Gresini Racings Honda MotoGP Team with riders Marco Melandri and Tony Elias. We also support teams competing in World Superbike and Supersport, MX1 and MX2 Motocross, World Enduro and Supermoto. LeoVince's commitment to racing in the U.S. includes teams in AMA Superbike, Formula Extreme (Ducati/Larry Pegram), Supercross, Outdoor MX, Supermoto and Grand National Flat Track.
