Concours dElegance to resume in 2010

Organizers have postponed the 2009 Legend of the Motorcycle Concours dElegance.

The fourth annual event, originally scheduled for the May 2-3 2009, will resume in 2010 with Indian and NSU as the featured marques.

Organizers say the decision to postpone the Concours was due to the effect the economy was having on the events sponsors.

see it done halfway and Im sure those who have participated would agree. This has been a true labor of love and something we strongly believe in, so we look forward to reinstating it after this hiatus.

The 2008 Legend of the Motorcycle Concours dElegance, held in Half Moon Bay, Calif., drew thousands of visitors and notables including Jesse James of West Coast Choppers and 15-time Grand Prix champion Giacomo Agostini who was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
