Kenny Noyes Finds New Moto2 Ride

American returns to BQR race team
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Jan. 17, 2011
Kenny Noyes has landed with a new Moto2 team, joining the BQR Racing team for the 2011 season.

According to RoadracingWorld, the Spanish-born American racer will join Yonny Hernandez and Esteve Tito Rabat to ride FTR Moto2 bikes for the BQR Racing team.

Noyes was left without a ride after his former team, the Antonio Banderas-owned Jack&Jones team, withdrew after losing its title sponsor. The sudden announcement in December came only a month after Noyes had re-signed with the team. Though it came late in the year, Noyes was able to land quickly with BQR, the team he made his road racing debut with in 2000, competing in Spains CEV superbike racing series.

Kenny Noyes was born in Barcelona, Spain, but the son of motorcycle racer and journalist Dennis Noyes calls California home.

Noyes finished 24th in the 2010 Moto2 season with a couple of top-ten finishes.
