Kawasaki posts $1.8M contingency

Awards focus on Ninja ZX-6R performance

Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. is offering over $1.8 million in road racing contingency, continuing the companys dedication to rewarding those who race green.

In the AMA Pro Road Racing Series, winning Kawasaki riders in the Daytona SportBike and American Superbike classes receive $5,000, while the young racers of the Supersport class receive $2,500. Kawasaki also offers smaller payouts in the Daytona SportBike class up to 10th place.

Kawasakis focus on the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes help promote the new 2009 Ninja ZX-6R. The factory Monster Energy Attack Kawasaki team of Roger Hayden and Jamie Hacking are also competing in the Daytona Sportbike, showing that Kawasaki considers the 600cc classification the premiere AMA class.

As we have seen so far, Kawasakis contingency program is higher than any other across the board, says Nordin. Not only do we have a high contingency in road race, we have the largest payout in nearly every discipline. With the combination of great product and support, its a great time to ride green.

  • BUY Purchase a new or used 2008 or newer U.S. model Kawasaki
  • REGISTER Online at Kawasaki.com
  • RACE Compete in any contingency paying event
  • WIN There is no claim form to file.

Payments are automatically deposited directly to a Kawasaki Contingency Card, which can be redeemed at any Kawasaki dealer and more than 32 million MasterCard retailers worldwide.
