INTERMOT 2010: Yamaha Worldcrosser Concept

The SUPER Super Tenere
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Oct. 06, 2010
Yamaha displayed a new concept model of the Super Ténéré to highlight the possibilities of the adventure tourer.

Developed just for INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany, and Milans EICMA show, the Yamaha Super Ténéré Worldcrosser concept features a number of updates including lightweight suspension, an Akrapovic exhaust, a rally racing style screen and knobby tires.

The Yamaha Super Ténéré Worldcrosser. Unfortunately, it's only a concept and will not go into production.

Unfortunately, Yamaha says this was purely a conceptual exercise and the Super Ténéré Worldcrosser will not go into production. Its likely however that many of the parts that went into the Worldcrosser may be available on the aftermarket.
