Husqvarna North America Opens New HQ

New management leads expanded team
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Dec. 06, 2010
Husqvarna is preparing to increase its presence in the U.S. by doubling its staff and opening a new headquarters.

Husqvarna North America will now operate out of a new facility in Corona, Calif., putting it closer to other key off-road industry companies, industry media and a significant portion of its consumer base. The new headquarters will also allow for more hands-on product development specifically for the American market.

A new management team has been brought in lead by Kris Odwarka, newly appointed president of Husqvarna North America.

We will be able to play a more active role in the marketing and selling of motorcycles by keeping the Husqvarna brand top of mind among off-road motorcycle enthusiasts, says Odwarka who has held various positions with Husqvarnas parent company BMW. The job of not only meeting, but hopefully exceeding your needs is being taken on by a new management team.

Joining Odwarka is new National Sales Manager Revelle Harrison who had previously held a similar position with KTM. Former professional motocross racer Andy Jefferson is also joining the team as national after sales manager. Corey Eastman, former vice president of brand development for Cycle World Magazine rounds out the new management team as national marketing manager.

We are happy to announce changes that will position Husqvarna North America to serve the U.S. off-road market like never before, says Eastman. New management has been brought on board to help better serve our dealers needs, as well as expanded staffing to allow greater focus on key customer service and marketing functions.
