Financing for Ducati 1098, Hypermotard
The Italian motorcycle manufacturer has already set new North American sales records this summer, a new financing rate may help attract new customers through to autumn.
Until Oct. 31, Ducati will offer financing rates as low as 0.99% for up to 72 months on the purchase of 2008 Hypermotard 1100, Hypermotard 1100S, 1098 and 1098S motorcycles.
The Ducati 1098 features technology developed from the companys racing teams. The liquid-cooled 1099cc engine produces a claimed 160 hp at 9,750 rpm and 90.4 ft-lbs at 8,000 rpm. The 1098 has a ticket price of $15,995. For an extra $5,000, the 1098S adds Öhlins suspension, lighter wheels and comes standard with the Ducati Data Analysis system for logging data from track sessions.
