Ducati names Online Concorso winners
Competition included two Supermonos

Ducati North America has announced the winners of the online round of its Superbike Concorso.Andrew Randazzos 748 was selected as the grand prize winner from a field of 33 entries ranging from a 1973 750 GT to a brand new 1098 and a pair of the extremely rare single-cylinder Ducati Supermonos.
Randazzo receives a trip for two to the 2008 Milan Motorcycle show and a VIP Ducati factory tour.
Six runner-up awards were also given in separate categories. The winners included:
- Keith Hales 1974 750 Super Sport with over 100,000 miles for the Ducati Passion Award for well-ridden Superbikes;
- John Silvermans 1993 Ducati Supermono for the Bella Ducati Award for Superbikes of external beauty;
- John Braggs 2007 1098 S for the Casey Stoner Award for current model Superbikes;
- Rick Garrisons 2001 996S for 1988-2007 Superbikes;
- Gary Pattons 1986 750 F1 for pre-1988 Superbikes;
- Chris Boys 2005 999R for the Taglioni Award for Competition Superbikes, and
- Alan Wilzigs 1999 900SS, which won the Peoples Choice award with a landslide victory, doubling the number of votes of his closest competitor in an online pole.
The remaining regional rounds will take place at Laguna Seca in Monterey, Calif. on July 18-20, Mid-Ohio in Lexington, Ohio on Aug. 1-3 and Indianapolis, Ind. on Sept. 12-14. Douglas Federick and Ann Cederna won the opening round of the 2008 Superbike Concorso at Daytona Bike Week with their restored 1998 Ducati 996 RS.
