Former Ducati CFO investigated for industrial espionage

MV Agusta director Enrico D’Onofrio is being investigated for industrial espionage.

D’Onofrio became managing director of MV Agusta on May 1 after joining the Harley-Davidson subsidiary as corporate general director early this year.

Prior to joining MV Agusta, D’Onofrio was the chief financial officer for Ducati who is now accusing him of industrial espionage, unlawful competition and theft.

Italian financial investigators Guardia di FinanzaEnrico D'Onofrio became MV Agusta's managing director on May 1. searched D’Onofrio’s home and office on May 18. D’Onofrio’s attourney, Alessandro Diddi told Italian news service ANSA that investigators seized a computer.
