Ben Spies Appearing at Long Beach IMS

MotoGP star to sign autographs

Yamaha factory MotoGP rider Ben Spies will be appearing at the Long Beach, Calif. stop of the International Motorcycle Shows.

Spies, the 2010 MotoGP Rookie of the Year, will be at the Yamaha booth at the IMS show on Friday, Dec. 17, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm to meet fans and sign autographs.

“Normally I stay in Texas during the entire month of December to be with my family,” says Spies, “but I wanted to come out to say a special thanks to my California fans for the tremendous support they’ve given me this year!”

Spies will also be presented with a one-off Yamaha WR450F designed by Roland Sands.

Other highlights from the Yamaha booth include the 2011 motorcycle and ATV product line-up including the new Super Ténéré adventure tourer, the FZ8 naked standard and the Star Stryker cruiser. Demo rides will be available to those with valid licenses.
