Bayliss to test Ducati Desmosedici GP9

WSBK champ to test MotoGP bike at Mugello

Retired World Superbike Champion Troy Bayliss will return to the track to test the Ducati Desmosedici GP9 MotoGP race bike.

Bayliss, who retired after winning his third WSBK title in 2008, will be in Italy to support his former team at the May 8-10 Monza round. After the weekends races, Bayliss will travel to Mugello, Italy to test the Desmosedici GP9 May 12-14.

The Australian rider will join official Ducati MotoGP test rider Vittoriano Guareschi in the development of the carbon fiber GP9 as well as the next generation GP10 race machine.
