Infineon Raceway test part of Two-Wheel Thunder
By Motorcycle.Com Staff, Apr. 08, 2009
Infineon Raceway is inviting racing fans to attend the official AMA Pro Road Racing test April 20-21.

Entry to the two-day test at the Sonoma, Calif. circuit is free for both days. The top teams in American Superbike and Daytona Sportbike are expected to attend the test, including Monster Energy Attack Kawasaki, Rockstar Makita Suzuki, Corona Extra Honda and Foremost Insurance Ducati.

One of only three official tests for the 2009 season, the Infineon Raceway session will give teams important data for when they return for the May 15-17 AMA race weekend.

Riders will also take part in a Q&A session with fans during the lunch break on April 21. Supermoto and SBFreaks Street Freestyle will also offer demonstrations and special ticket offers.

The test is part of the fourth annual Two-Wheel Thunder, April 20-22. The three-day event culminates with a 3Js Motorcycle Track Days charity event benefiting Speedway Childrens Charities.

The following weekend, Infineon Raceway will also host an American Federation of Motorcyclists race event, April 25-26.
