The Polaris Industries-owned manufacturer, which begins its anniversary celebrations Aug. 8 at the Sturgis Rally, released its full line of cruisers and touring bikes, including the limited edition 10th Anniversary Victory Vision.

Based on the 2009 Victory Vision Tour, the anniversary-edition bike features extra chrome trim, including chrome inner leg fairings, side covers, access panels and grilles. The 10th Anniversary Victory Vision will sport a special paint scheme of Antares Red with black metallic accents and gold pinstripes to commemorate the colors of the first Victory motorcycle built ten years ago. Each of the 100 numbered anniversary bikes, will have a 10th anniversary badge above the taillight and on each side storage compartment.

The 10th Anniversary Victory Vision also features heated handgrips and seats, electronically controlled windscreens and a communications system which includes an XM radio, CB radio and Victorys TourTech GPS system.

For ten years, Victory has been driven to present a new, higher level of American innovation and a motorcycle for every type of rider, says Mark Blackwell, vice president of Victory Motorcycles. The 2009 Victory line up with entries in every cruiser and touring segment honors the past ten years and, more importantly, points to the future and Victorys commitment to bring innovative, new products to our riders all over the world.

Victory continues the theme of pointing to the future with its new Next Generation Freedom V-Twin engine. The 2009 Vegas Jackpot, Hammer and Hammer S will be equipped with the new 1731cc V-Twin engine with Stage 2 cams, closed loop fuel injection and a six-speed transmission with overdrive. Victory Motorcycles says that the new engine can produce 97 hp with 113 ft-lb of torque.

The low cruiser line sees a new addition in the 2009 Kingpin Low. Like the Vegas Low, the Kingpin Low was developed to provide a better fit for shorter riders. The Kingpin Low has a seat height of 25.2 inches, compared to the regular 2009 Kingpins 26.5 inches. The Kingpin Low is also 1.5 inches narrower. The floorboards have been moved two inches further back from the standard Kingpin setup, while the handlebars and adjustable brake lever were also designed to fit smaller hands.

Victory is also continuing partnership with Roland Sands, who will unveil a custom 2009 Victory 8-Ball during the anniversary celebrations in Las Vegas.
