Being able to ride a motorcycle is one thing, but being able to ride it proficiently is another thing entirely. This is especially true when it comes to navigating corners during a street ride. Not only does the rider have to deal with the dynamics of the specific corner, but other things like road conditions and oncoming traffic are both important obstacles to consider.

In our last Top 10 list of 2016, we, the MO staff, mentioned how much we’re looking forward to flogging the crop of mini-adventure bikes that’ll be coming this way in 2017. In case you forgot, those bikes include the BMW G310GS, Honda CRF250L (and its higher-spec sibling, the CRF250L Rally), Kawasaki Versys-X 300, and Suzuki V-Strom 250.  All of those bikes promise big fun in little packages for those who like to veer off the beaten path every now and then. So now we pose the question to you:

If you’re a fan of 3D printing and motorcycles, we’ve found an ideal project for you. Designed and posted by   Brett Turnage, these plans were developed for a bike-crazy friend and have been released into the wild on Pinshape.com, a 3D-Print file sharing site. Note, Turnage’s two bikes aren’t models to sit on shelves and look pretty. They will produce fully-functional radio-controlled (RC) motorcycles – complete with an animated rider that steers the bikes.
