UPDATE: Suzuki Motor of America has confirmed the GSX-S1000 and GSX-S1000F are coming to the U.S. as early-release 2016 models.

Unveiled at Intermot, the GSX-S1000F shares the same engine as the naked bike, a refreshed version of the 2005-2008 GSX-1000R powerplant. The newly-developed frame, KYB fork and Brembo brakes are also the same as on the GSX-S1000, as well as the three-mode traction control system.
The F sports a somewhat avian-looking fairing, with forward-leaning side panels and a sharp nose. We look forward to seeing how the GSX-S1000F fares against competitors such as the Kawasaki Ninja 1000.
Suzuki will produce the GSX-S1000F in three color options: Metallic Triton Blue, Glass Sparkle Black/Candy Daring Red, and Metallic Mat Fibroin Gray.
