Parts/Technical Assistant Skill Requirements Include:

High School/GED or better education

Pre-employment criminal background check/drug screen

Strong Parts or Technical Knowledge of Automotive or Motorcycle Systems required

Strong Customer Service skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Strong Organizational Skills

Demonstrated ability to interact with others on a Professional Level

Detail Oriented

Familiar with inventory control

Understand basics of Microsoft Office programs

Physical Requirements Include:

Ability to consistently lift up to 50lbs without assistance, and above with assistance

Ability to load/unload truck

Ability to clean/ arrange inventory and shelving

Ability to work in a demanding, constantly changing environment

Ability to work both supervised and unsupervised

Ability to pack/ship packages

Ability to operate a fork lift/hand pallet jack
